There are stairs to access this property.
There is ample paid parking in the carpark at the front of the property. Please refer to parking signs for more information.
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
