"So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting outside to go into the hotel to tell them that people were stuck in the elevator which is a fire code violation, the front would say that 6 people was to much but 2 of the other quest stuck would also mention that 2 of them also got stuck last night which again is a code violation so this will be our last stay there ever! Will be requesting a refund."
