"Even though it was a Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM the lobby was locked and no one was at the after hours window. I had to bang on the door to get the attention of the reception staff. The room's furniture was mismatched, the leatherette on the chair was horribly cracked, the tub had been poorly painted over, light bulbs were missing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would not recommend staying here."

"House keeping is not regular. They should improve on cleaning rooms daily . I stayed with trash for 3 day. I decided to take out the trash by myself."

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week for pest control spraying which also concerned me for my dog as well. I work 12-14 hour days at my restaurant, so I was always having to get up while breaking my sleep as well. It was a horrible experience for me here. So now I’m going back to 500 Diemer Drive. "

"The stay was good the only complaint was the person who checked us in kept giving wrong directions to the rooms. He gave us the letter of the building instead of the building numbers which had us going back to the check in desk several times."

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"This room looked nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy and the floors were sticky. The bathroom was very messy, and the shower looked awful. Not sure where those people who rated it 8/10 and higher stayed, but it sure wasn't here. Only 2 pillows on the world's worst mattress. It was overall an awful experience. If I could have gotten my money back I would definitely have stayed somewhere else. "

"Breakfast is complimentary and was delicious. The hotel is getting old and needs to be updated. Staff are very friendly. Good location it there was a couple of “sketchy” peeps hanging around the parking lot and surrounding area. Good for the price. "
