Great location for exploring LFK!

We had a fun girls' weekend in Lawrence and enjoyed staying at this property. It's so nice to have four bedrooms for our group, and the location is simply the best! The communication with the host was easy.

Perfect location

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location for our time in Lawrence. We had 2 boys at Bill Self Basketball camp and it was a short drive to the field house each day. Loved being so close to our favorite Mass St spots and to campus. The apartment was just as it was described and slept the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids) very comfortably. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible find

We were so lucky to find this awesome rental. It has 4 nice sized bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a nice sitting area. So the space was perfect for our group. Even better is the location as it is right on Mass Street steps away from restaurants, bars and other things to do. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect for visiting family in Lawrence

We used the property for sleeping since all our family gatherings were at a relative’s home. As can be seen from the on-line pictures, the common living area is a bit small for a 4 bedroom space. The location couldn’t have been better

Great apt, easy access

This apt is comfortable and in a great location. Some items to note- 1. stairs on both front and back are steep and can be challenging to navigate for some 2. weekends get loud- the apartment is over a restaurant and live music is the norm and being a college town the noise is a factor 3. there are amazing restaurants of all types and we didn't need to buy groceries aside from water and coffee creamer 4. you can park behind the apartment so long as you leave by 11:30 AM during the week - if you don't leave, you simply need to move your car to a new spot

Artsy Apartment on the Strip

5 female family members - 4 adults and 1 teen - were in Kansas to help with wedding gown selection for the June, 2025, wedding of our eldest grandson and his fiancee'. The location of the apartment was perfect - close to everything we had planned with family, as well as great restaurants, shopping, and a lovely area in Lawrence. The apartment was roomy with plenty of bedroom, bathroom, and gathering space to accommodate our group. We found the decor delightful! We only had two concerns...the entry code on the gate at the bottom of the back stairs would not work. Not a big thing - we just walked around to the front entrance. But we did find the front stairs very difficult for our older family members to navigate, especially the section with no banister.

Overnight stay close to campus

Very nice apartment. We were pleasantly surprised. The stairs were very hard for one member of our group. This should have been told in description of rental so handicap people don’t rent it was our only problem.
