"Loved the scenic location of the hotel. Spacious and clean room. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed dining in at the onsite hotel restaurant V.Lounge and Grill. Free parking was available on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Copthall."

"The hotel location was great, right in the middle of town. The amenities were good. The workout room was nice. The manager reception once a week was a pleasant touch. The staff was mostly friendly. At times a bit too laid back with requests. "

"Had a good 5 day stay. Was greeted on arrival by the person caring for the house. He showed me where everything was located and all the instructions i needed to know. The house was clean and everything needed as far as appliances, gadgets, supplies was provided. The A/C works great. There’s no cable on the tv so if you need tv bring a Roku/firestick etc. Theres a very secure privacy gate which made me feel more comfortable and secure. The house is up a very steep hill so transportation is a plus but walking is doable also. To get to the main road and to the beach, It took me about 5-10min easy walk down and about 15-20min walk up. The walk up will test how in shape you are Would stay here again if needed. "

"The grounds are stunningly beautiful. Almost worth 10/10 in itself but a couple of things are below par. The pool area is neglected and needs some investment, eg new lounger cushions that can withstand the rain. The food is hit and miss. Breakfast generally very good but a bit chaotic. It really lacks attention to detail by some experienced food and beverage eyes! Although they reply to all ratings it seems to me no actions have been taken regarding some complaints. Eg I still got plastic straws!"

"This is more a review of the host as the Binks apartment location had some issue according to the host and so I stayed at an alternate location provided by the host. Upon arrival to Roseau and having access to Wifi I was made aware of alternate arrangements. The host picked me up and took me to the other location in Warner which was quite far from the main areas. However it was a large house with a garden and beautiful view so was an upgrade. I decided to explore around there for a day and then the host was able to provide an different alternate apartment in the city instead, once he understood my need for acess to buses as i was walking and had no car. Which worked out well for getting around. The whole experience worked to my favour as I was able to experience more of the island this way. But it was a bit more complicated than expected however the host was very accommodating."

"Even though they advertise as a ''RESTAURANT'' DO NOT BELIEVE IT!! The ''restaurant'' had only one thing on the menu for dinner. No lunch. Do not order a hamburger even though you are hungry,,you have to search for the meat. Staff is very friendly, but did not inform us of a few things we needed upon taking a tour (like take a towel so you can actually go in the hot/mud springs) "

"Lovely views across the street to the ocean, worth taking a camera there with you, birdlife including humming birds, and the sunsets over the ocean, twice we saw the elusive "green flash". They have hire cars next to the accommodation. You will need a hire card to get around or organise a driver / licenced tour guide & vehicle to get around"
