"This hotel is 10 to 15mins away from their downtown which is very convenient to the people who want to walk around downtown during the day and night. Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. They were able to accommodate our request for early check in. "

"The rooms were a good size, not that clean and the lighting was terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good however not enough seating for everyone. Parking was a little pricey but it was convenient. Location is very good."

"Hot tub was down due to ceiling issues so the main reason I picked this hotel over others wasn’t available, much like the elevators. Six elevators for over 30 floors. They work great during slow times of the day but we waited for over ten minutes before one came to the eleventh floor multiple times in 3 nights stay. The restaurant and bar were also not open very late. Otherwise a clean and accommodating hotel. Just wouldn’t have paid this much for a hotel without a hot tub!"
