"The parking garage was under construction during our stay, and unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us of this prior to booking. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Traveling with two children, I had to find parking at a nearby garage and carry all our belongings to the room on my own, which was quite inconvenient. The front desk staff checked us in but did not provide basic information such as restaurant hours or the WiFi password. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service made for a disappointing experience."
