"near Down town, lots of nice restaurants and cafe around this area. Staff super friendly and helpful. They let me stay for free until 1p.m, though regular check out time is 12pm. Lot's of noise coming from the street at night time. "

"Despite being smoke free, cannabis was used and could be smelled through my unit and in the halls. Issue with my door staying locked. Breakfast had good selection. Good location, walkable to old port, Notre dame and st Catherine’s street. "

"Shower leaked onto the floor, toilet didn’t completely shut off so you could hear this trickle of water especially overnight. The door over the minibar fridge had a broken lower hinge. There was also a lot of takeout garbage lying around the lobby on the Sunday morning. "

"The staff is great but the free breakfast was a disappointment, Everyday you did not know what to expect. Eggs and bacon , next day Eggs and sausage, so on and so forth. One dat there are oranges, next apples. It was not consistent. My bathroom was very small , it was hard to get into the shower and one of my least favorite bathrooms ever. "

"For starters, we did not have great expectations given the price and the reviews. But this was bottom of the barrel. Upon arrival, we looked for the parking that was promise with our booking, went to front desk to ask about the parking. I was greeted with attitude and dirty looks, then the man proceeded to tell me that the parking was full and we needed to pay $20 to park 2 streets down everytime we left the lot. That was a hassle on its own. When we arrived to the room, everything seemed to be in order, until we checked the bed and saw the sheets were not even on properly, the mattress cover was sticking out of the sheets and had a stain on it. We have to put on fresh sheets ourselves. We went to look for the bar and restaurant that was listed with the amenities, and it was fully closed for renovations which is not listed anywhere online or mentioned upon arrival. If you plan on staying here and you have low expectations, lower them. "
