"Stayed here to experience the view of Mt Etna which we got! Apartment was clean and had all the accessories listed. Host was great on communication. Hosts share the complex but we still had our own entrance and had plenty of privacy. Didn’t know we’d be on the 2nd floor which made it a challenge for the elder we were traveling with. However traded that for the spectacular views! Power needs to be turned off anytime you leave the apartment so it may be warm upon return but the ac cooled off rooms quickly enough. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms have an ac unit but there’s a fan and leaving doors open helps circulate air. Plenty of restaurants and stores within driving distance. Stayed there 3 nights and had a great experience. Thank you to our hosts."

"The staff were all very pleasant& helpful. Anything I requested was provided promptly & with a smile. The honesty bar was great so easy to serve yourself. The SPA was good although I do feel a reduction for hotel guests rather than SPA customers would be beneficial. The hotel was further from the centre than anticipated but taxis easily obtained by the helpful reception team. Solo travellers are caught with high taxi fares. Maybe a hotel shuttle on the hour to the centre for a nominal fee for guests could be investigated in the future as im suremany use it as a baee to explore the area as i did so a connection to the bus/ train station would be ideal. Food was delicious both breakfast & dinner, although I wasn't informed I could order hot items via the QR code at breakfast however, I had all I could eat. Lastly to be sdvised the restaurant was closed when I arrived on my first day as a solo traveller wasn't ideal. Thankfully a pizza parlour a few metres away was open. All in alli had a lovely stay & am staying in an Una Hotel in Venice in November so I hope its just as good. Clare"

"we stayed for one night it is more like business hotel , it was in good location (some moles around and 30 minutes drive to the air port ) plenty of free parking lots , and a modern building. the Hotel is charging extra's for the use of the SPA , also we wanted to eat some Pizza which we bought out side and the restorant worker did not let is seat in front of the resturant ... so we need to eat it at our room. beside that the Hotel was very nice."
