Excellent!

We were for 4 night in the Ibis Le Pouzin and it was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable, the room was specious, it was clean and thanks to the airco we slept wonderfully during the hot nights!

Good stopover.

Good value. Food reasonable for price. Situated close to Autoroute and with free parking making it an excellent overnight resting place for travellers.

Personnel débordé, dépassé par une affluence record (2 bus) je n'ai pas diner alors que j'étais en demi pension...j'ai payé pour rien ! 7H30 toutes les tables prises ou presque, je reviens vers 20H45 même constat et le personnel passe devant moi sans action : je suis transparent ! au bout de 10 mn de ce jeu insupportable je remonte dans ma chambre ce qui n'émeut personne. PT dej le lendemain : pain rassi, pas de petite cuillère et...personne en salle il est 6H45... A FUIR

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer sauber, das Einchecken war problemlos, das Personal freundlich. Das gebuchte Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartung an ein 2* Hotel. Nur das Speisenangebot am Abend im Restaurant überzeugte nicht. Teuer, wenig Auswahl und unkoordiniert herumflitzendes Personal. Auf der nächsten Tour nach Spanien werden wir hier sicher wieder einkehren.

Il préférable de passer en direct avec l’hôtel pour votre réservation et de ne pas passer par le site Hotel.com au moins le jour où vous avez un problème. L’hôtel en direct sera à même de vous arranger contrairement à Hotel.com qui vous laisseront sans réponse.

Bon séjour à part un petit problème au niveau d'un oubli de la femme de chambre qui nous a oublié.Mais bon pas grave on sait faire un lit.Nous étions là pour un deuil ,donc nous avions d'autre pensée.Mis à part cela ,hotel calme et service en salle impeccable ,petit déjeuner copieux en self.Merci

Disappointing Stay

Two nights base while in the area. Hotel felt a little tired and needs update. Starting point would be USB connection in the rooms and TV that allows you to scroll channels rather than input individual channel numbers. Smoking at the entrance to the hotel seems to be the norm and whilst I’m not against smoking at all, the fact you need to walk through this to enter the hotel is not good.

French oui, english no

Location is on the very border of Le Pouzin, so if you want to visít any sights you should go by car. Normal ibis and budget ibis is located in the same building. You may think that normal is better, but actually budget rooms has a view to the river. Staff is not speaking english, nor understanding it. Menu is in French, not easy to choose breakfast, If you don't speak french. Anyhow, they are nice people and the parking lot is great. Tv is small and you can get only french programmes. Wifi is almost ok.
