Upon entering, you`ll be enveloped by an open-concept living area designed to maximize the breathtaking lake views. The elegant kitchen, outfitted with high-end finishes, seamlessly integrates with the dining and living spaces. Gather around the gas fireplace in the living room, where its warm glow and cozy ambiance invite you to relax and unwind after a day of exploration or a serene evening by the lake.
Each of the three bedrooms features a plush queen-sized bed, adorned with premium linens and towels to ensure a restful and luxurious stay. The full bathroom boasts a sleek shower-tub combo, offering both style and functionality with its modern fixtures and high-end finishes.
Step outside to discover a beautifully designed outdoor space facing the lake. Enjoy al fresco dining at the stylish seating area or fire up the natural gas BBQ grill for a delightful meal with a view. The Muskoka chairs positioned along the water`s edge are perfect for lounging and soaking in the magnificent Lake Erie vistas. Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.
Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.

Kitchen and Clean-Up
Load and start the dishwasher before checkout.
Dispose of all garbage in the bin located in front of the garage.
We ask that you clean up after yourselves.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.
The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal
Smoking/Vaping Policy
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if cigarette butts are found outside the ashtrays.
Footwear and Cleanliness
We kindly ask that you remove shoes upon entering the house to keep it clean. Please also wipe your feet before using the hot tub and entering the house.
Guest Policy
Unregistered guests are not allowed after 10 PM.

All guests must be registered prior to check-in.
Point Pelee National Park Passes
Availability of Point Pelee National Park passes cannot be guaranteed. Passes are strictly for use by the cardholder and household, with ID verification at the gate.
Safety Equipment
A First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher are provided for emergencies.
Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service. Linen and bath towels are included, but we recommend bringing beach towels.
Towels or linens may not be removed from the premises. If you require additional maid service, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost.
Noise Policy
Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbing neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Garbage and Recycling
Dispose of all garbage in the appropriate bins. We recommend taking out garbage daily to prevent odors.
Please separate plastics and cardboard into the correct bins. Do not use plastic bags for recycling. A $75 sorting fee will apply if not properly separated.
Parking
Park vehicles in designated areas only. No parking on the grass; illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing, and any associated fines/fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances and Kitchenware
Use appliances only for their intended purposes. Basic kitchenware is provided, and dish soap and cloths are located under the sink for your convenience.
Furniture and Décor
Please do not move furniture or decor, as this may damage floors and disrupt the home’s atmosphere.
Pets
Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Insects
We recommend bringing bug repellent to enhance your outdoor experience and minimize discomfort from insects.
Towels
Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Water and Septic
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products must not be flushed under any circumstances. Violations resulting in clogs may incur damages of up to $5,000.
