The hotel is strategically located in the center of the old town. Close to several restaurants and places to visit. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel needs some updating and for the price I think you can find better options.

We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.

Excelente hotel em uma excelente localização

O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa potência. O café da manhã é muito bom e tudo muito saboroso, preparam expresso, cappuccino, suco de laranja na hora para o hóspede.

The room was superb. Spacious, modern fittings, safe in room and decorated with a painting, pottery and lovely lamp. Good shower. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was extremely good. The hotel is well positioned within the old town and also an easy walk to the train station.

Proprio in centro a Lecce. Bella struttura nuova e ben posizionata nel centro Storico A 100mt i primi locali per poter bere una birra in tranquillità. Personale carino, disponibile e gentilissimo. Soprattutto Silvia, che con i suoi consigli, ci ha permesso un miglioramento del nostro itinerario, indicandoci posti bellissimi e meno turistici. La struttura è in ztl, quindi si deve trovare parcheggio all’esterno. ( circa 3 min. di camminata).

très bon emplacement au centre historique, très joli, lumineux, belle chambre très spacieuse, moderne, propre, ressemblant plus à un petit appartement de très bon gout Petit déjeuner copieux, très bel hôtel, nous le recommandons! Fantastico!!!

El hotel es espectacular, amplio, bonito, acogedor, amables. El desayuno esta bien, no es abundante pero hay un poco de todo. Esta en el mismo centro de Lecce y por la noche es fantastico pasear y tener tantos restaurantes cerca. Vilveriamos sin dudar. Totalmente recomendado!!!

Hotel molto comodo in pieno centro storico, modernissimo internamente, silenzioso seppure a pochi metri dalla movida leccese. Ottima colazione, stanze molto confortevoli. Si può arrivare con la propria autovettura solo per scaricare i bagagli, poi occorre parcheggiare, a pagamento, ai bordi della ZTL.

This is a great B&B - the rooms are large and well appointed, immaculately clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Also a terrific breakfast selection ( the pastacciotto leccesse alone is worth the trip!) Great location - quiet street - near to everything

Modern B&B

Normally I stay at 4 or 5 star hotels so I made this booking with some slight fear. In fact, I was so impressed that I will consider other B&B options in future. The pricing of this stay (3 nights) was ludicrously cheap. Breakfast was not up to 5 star hotel standard but the price did not warrant that level. The refurbishment of an old building is quite spectacular and the work of a clever architect. Some features of the room such as flooring are cheapish but this is accommodated in the modest room price.Bathroom and shower facilities were top notch with Grohe fittings. Cleanliness is a evident everywhere. All staff were attentive and helpful and the lack of english is not a problem. Other than design issues I chose this hotel because of proximity to the train station. In fact, the walk was a little further than I expected but still manageable with luggage probably about 15 minutes. The only negative that I would pose is that the TV channel offerings were not great for a football fan.
