The property features charming touches and convenient amenities throughout to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Located just ten minutes away from the bustling city centre of Leeds, this home away from home also makes the perfect base to explore further afield, from the wildly atmospheric rolling moors of Yorkshire to the scenic Otley-Chevin Forest, from breathtaking Bolton Abbey to UNESCO heritage site Salts Mill, and so much more, you won’t be short of adventures and day trips! You have exclusive use of the whole property. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm.

Other things to note
***Please note that parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given.

⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free. So, if you need picked up or dropped off anywhere, let us know!

Cot and highchair available on request. A £25 fee is charged if any items are required.
