"This place is amazing. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with lots and lots of space, amazing views of the west bay, and high end security. Definitely a "smart" condo. Comfy bed, very nice appliances. Will be coming back"

"The hotel itself was amazing. Room was really clean. Promised a bay view but view was more like 50 percent parking lot. Complimentary water/wine offered at check in was a nice touch. Heated outdoor pool was a cool idea. Sauna was nice too. All in all it was a great stay!"

"This was a really charming property. The space is beautiful and roomy enough to host an entire family with four beds. It was also very attractively decorated with cozy, modern decor. We felt like we were in an artist’s loft. It offers a full kitchen if you want to cook, as well as board games and just about anything else you might want or need. The location was pretty fascinating, because there are shops and restaurants in the bottom level of this historic building. We ate at the brunch restaurant twice, because it was so delicious. We also enjoyed browsing the shops that are run by local businesses. It was a short drive to downtown Traverse City, where you can enjoy other retail and restaurant options. The pricing was very affordable, and we plan on returning with the rest of our family!"

"Had to Park a block away and then wait until a certain time to receive a code to get in the building. The property is unattended and there is no front desk."
