"I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to take the time to write about this hotel! This Hotel is amazing! The rooms are smart rooms that you can control everything with an I-pad. I thought that was so cool! Lights, windows, TV, room temperature. It has different options for mood when you would like to relax or just go to sleep. Shower is very modern and separate room for the toilet. This room was nicely built. The bed was comfortable and the check in process was fast and easy. I even got there early before check in and my room was already ready which I appreciated because I have not slept in 24hrs and I didn’t have to wait hours for check in like my last hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that it’s about 18-20min from central area. Other than that. This hotel is a 10/10!"

"Exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff was extremely courteous and so friendly and professional but also fun to assist us. Breakfast was a smorgasbord of food plus teas and coffee and the freshest orange juice I have ever had. They accommodated us last minute extending our departure an extra hour with no problem with additional charges . Highly recommend it!!!"

"What a lovely hotel, rooms are small but very well laid out, so they do not feel small and they are pristine and very modern. The restaurant serves lovely food and the staff were very helpful. I should highlight, that I actually messed up my booking and the staff were very kind and sorted it out even before I noticed the mistake and didn't even feel the need to highlight my error. The outside area is beautiful to sit out on for a coffee or food, located on one of the canals, and kitted out with lovely furniture. The only draw back I would mention is that it is about a half hour walk from the train station/city center, with no shuttle buses. This is not a problem at all when you are out sightseeing etc, but when you are dragging suitcases, it wasn't such an easy walk. On the plus side, you are never waiting anymore than 5 minutes for a ferry and they are running all the time (even through the night) and it is completely free. We will definitely be returning next year, thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Room cleanliness was satisfactory, we had problems with dirty sheets but the manager was straight on it and had everything changed. Staff were lovely especially the female manager she was extremely friendly and we chatted everyday about what we had been doing! Breakfast buffet was lovely. There is a small gym which is great for the kids in the evening. Could definitely do with something for children within the hotel. There is only a pizza machine (which is nice) and a vendor machine with sweets and drinks which was quite expensive. Other food options would be great. It would be good if the restaurant was open for dinner and seems like such a wasted space. The area is a little run down but 15 mins on the metro which is a 5 minute walk away and you are in the city which worked well for us. Overall i would return again."
