The staff at this location are very professional and super courteous and that goes for all of them. I'm a contractor and travel extensively across the country and this staff takes the prize in making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Paid for two beds didn’t know it would have top mattress on springs so no box spring. One bed had springs that were broken so you would fall through so we slept in the one standard size bed and back ache on getting up. Not happy! Very seedy place.

Initially the bed cover was covered with dawg hair I had to change my own bedding on the first night, they allow big vicious dogs in the hotel after complaining to the manager about another tenant dogs snapping and barking at me in the elevator they did nothing the couple 2 doors down had 4 dogs that barked and was playful all night I was there for 5 days and they never checked on my towels and wash clothes lucky I travel with my own

Alright but…

f you want to deal with hearing the following all night this place is for you: Other people’s doors SLAMMING Trains running near by Highway traffic can be heard Noisy PTAC running off and on Weed/cigarette smell No ice machine No dishes or pots to use Overpriced vending machines Generic remotes that won’t change to the inputs Low pressure shower heads Hot water running out Internet going in and out GREAT staff but I’m too light of a sleeper for all the things mentioned above.

Property was fine. Had hoped there was some coffee on site, but not. The kaundry only had 1 working machine with 3 others not working. Overall cleanliness was fine. Staff accommodating. Walls are thin as other loud folks. Id still reccommend for price, fixtures and location.

Tv did not have a signal for any station. Elevator doors noisy when opening or closing and no elevator inspection certificate posted in it. This is one you would want the top floor on (it was 4 floors). I had a “gymnast” above my 3rd floor room doing flips and moving furniture until at least 1:30 in the morning!

Decided to save $30 and choose this specific hotel, big regret. Not worth the price for the stay. Walked in to the front desk lady being rude stating check in wasn’t till 3pm - it was clearly already 3:10. I was told a $100 deposit would be required even though cable and internet were unavailable. Room had no curtains. Microwave was very dirty and smelled. Towels had stains and so did bedsheets. Glad I only stayed for a night! Take your money elsewhere

The condition of this hotel was worn... That in its self isn't that big of a deal. When I walked into the room I initially thought that it was pretty clean. But after walking around for 10 minutes in my socks. They were black on the bottom. I don't think they ever cleaned the floors. I cleaned them somewhat with a wash cloth and bath towel just so I felt that I could walk in the floor. The seat to the stool was broken and slid off to the side. You have to rent/buy a coffee maker or iron for your room.

To be clear, I never stayed at the property. This was due to the fact that I literally could not check in to the room I had reserved. We arrived at 8:15 on a Friday evening to find the front desk hours closed at 8:00pm. ??? There was a courtesy phone and a sign that said to dial “500” for after hours check-in. Not sure how I would have gotten a key card but that didn’t matter because no one ever answered. I tried for 30 minutes to reach someone on the courtesy phone and on a local number that was provided. Nothing. Had to scramble and find another hotel last minute (on a holiday weekend) and pay significantly more for. Awful experience!

Sold as an extended-stay type place, it has a full size refrigerator, stove top, and SMALL microwave. It does NOT, however, have ANY kitchen wares! No plates, no glasses, no flat ware, no pots, no pans, nothing. Not even a coffee maker. A sign on the bathroom mirror says that they will SELL you these items, but they are not in the room and not available for loan. You have to BUY them. The only things available for loan are an iron and ironing board--the two things you are least likely to need. Also, the TV kept locking up on one channel. The first time, the maintenance guy came up and fixed it on Friday. That lasted about 12 hours, and when it happened again, there was no one available to fix it until Monday morning. I would be giving it a one star review except the staff was generally friendly and the room was reasonably clean. That said, if I had not pre-paid for my stay, I would definitely have checked out and found somewhere else to stay for the rest of the week I am scheduled to be in town. Oh, it's also right off the highway, so there is a lot of traffic noise.

Not a pleasant stay!

The room was adequately clean, but was furnished very sparsely. No comfortable chairs at all in the room, no coffee maker or breakfast served of any kind. The bathroom had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths, and we’re not replaced until my husband went to the front desk carrying our dirty towels and asked them to please replace them. We had asked for fresh towels on the second day of our stay. There was one very small bar of soap in bathroom, and none in the tub at all. The bed was very lumpy and not at all comfortable. There was no ice machine on the premises, but they gave us 2 ice trays to put in the refrigerator. And our checkin was a nightmare. The price I was charged was double what I was promised at booking. When I complained to the clerk, she said I would have to pay it, but I could talk to the manager in the morning. They did eventually get it straightened out, but it was very frustrating. I contacted Hotels.com about it and was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to work it out with the manager! Overall, it was a very frustrating stay, and was so stressful it was hard to celebrate with our family as we had planned. Not a good stay at all.
