No innkeeper on site; all communication is remote. Everything was fine, beds comfortable with nice linens. We rented 2 rooms and both bathroom showers left a lot of water on the floor. Good location walking distance to center of town. Ok for one night, I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Easy check in, but a bit different since there is no staff to help check in. Had to find things on your own, but that was not difficult. Outside furniture could use and upgrade as our friends almost fell through the chair. But is was wonderful being able to sit outside, have appetizers, and play a game or just relax. All other guests we ran into were nice. I would return.

Convenient location, super clean and nicely decorated. We were in town to visit Tanglewood and didnt stay long enough to enjoy the area. Would definitely come back and find some time to enjoy the porch.

Very pet friendly. Beautiful rooms. Great staff yard activities and common rooms have music and games coffee and fresh water. Close to town stores. Very friendly and welcoming community we enjoyed the sumner festival and food. Our car broke down and the Lennox police department was excellent in helping us. I recommend this quaint .cozy Beautiful hideaway and town i feel refreshed and relaxed.

Great location! Fun place to stay, lots of space for your group to hang out inside and out. We stayed in Family room- the king bed was super uncomfortable. Sent the inn an email but didn’t get any type of response. Guest service needs work.

Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night.

Staff is non-existent. I did see some people cleaning rooms. Self check-in and self-check-out. I was told it would be by text, but all instructions came by email, so I missed the check-out instructions. I was long gone when I saw it. No coffee in the morning is major!!! Better instructions for Roku TV and for the A/C split unit would be nice. Parking was insufficient, so I parked on the lawn the first night. Our room only had sheer curtains on a first floor. Privacy or room darkening shades would seem appropriate for a first floor room. Close to town, nice to be able to walk instead of drive. Exterior is appealing. Front porch seating is nice. Our room was comfortable, bathroom was clean and functional.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean. The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand. I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future.

The room was comfortable and well done. There was no heat in our room with no control for the air unit. There was also a drip coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were only there one night so I didn't call for support.

We reserved this Inn because of its close proximity to Tanglewood. Easy check-in and check-out. The queen bed was super comfortable. Room clean. It was nice to have coffee available 24/7. Would stay here again!

I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend. There is no staff on sight, no coffee, you have to buy everything from a vending machine. The rooms are old and musty. we had to leave a day early because of the mustiness. The mattresses are old as well. The property has a lovely location but needs a lot of work to make it comfortable for guests.

After a little snafu with check-in (we had completed the form in advance and never received the room number text), we were able to get checked in with the virtual front desk. The inn was clean and well appointed and centrally located. The common areas felt inviting and useful for both the adults and kids. We would stay again.

Don’t go here! Stay at the local Marriott! This is a ghost place. No one works there. You need to call some strange phone no to get someone to help. No keys to the top . Just some code. No food. No breakfast! There are only machines where you can purchase chips and soda. The vending machines only take credit cards. The windows didn’t open. The light on the desk didn’t work, so I could not do my work. Poor lighting throughout. Very dark. Strange smell. I imagine this is how you feel if you’re buried alive, and the rooms are not cheap. I was in one room first and the toilet didn’t stop running. Had to change room. You need to call some strange phone number to get anything done. The front door is open all the time, through the night. Scary, especially if you are on the first floor! The only good thing was a decent shower. I’ve been to Lenox before and the Marriott is a far better choice. I asked for a copy of my bill by email/text twice. Never got it.

This place has good vibes, design is excellent! Playroom has a foosball, mini ping pong table, a lot of board games, piano, an excessive collection of vinyl disks, chess and so much more! A room was nicely designed, cozy and small. The only suggestion is to add a few shelves in the room and in the bathroom - there is no place to put your toiletries. There is a free coffee machine in the common area which was a nice touch. Morning coffee on a rocking chair on a porch was priceless! There are some things that could be fixed or improved here and there, but overall we had a very good time!
