The Hotsson Hotel is the perfect base if you want to shop in León’s Zona de Piel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also able to check in several hours early, which was a fantastic surprise and made our stay even better.

The cleaning ladies where really nice and welcoming. Room was always cleaned when I came back. I've been here so many times and the workers remember me which makes it more welcoming. Been at floor 7th and 8th. Service at the dining place really good and workers always willing to help. Unfortunately wont be staying here my next visit because Im staying with my fiancee this time. But this place is always my number one place on my list. Already lost count how many times I've been here.

We spent 7 days in this hotel and we had an amazing experience with everything. Clea, location, food, prices. The breakfast has a lot of different options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a place that I definitely would recommend. Going back with my family and friends.

I got this hotel for my parents, they were impressed by the quality of the food. They reported the hotel was clean with wondeful kind staff. They said all the areas of the hotel were excellent. Bedding was clean and mattress was super comfortable. Overall they said they had an amazing experience and they recommend that we always choose this hotel when we visit Leon. Cant wait to visit this hotel myself. Thanks for taking great care of my parents

Staff was very attentive. Hotels older but clean, pool looked unkept. So I choose not to use it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was great. Felt very safe at the property that arranged any transportation I needed. A few blocks from Zona Piel and a quick 3 min drive to Poliforum convention center.

Beautiful property and my room was great. I traveled to Leon for a quinceañera taking place on a Sunday. However unbeknownst to me, there was apparently some maintenance issue where the water would be off for a certain time period on a Sunday. When I got back to the hotel after a morning of sightseeing I discovered there was no water coming out from the sink or shower. I called down and to my horror they said it wouldn’t be back on for another hour. I was unable to shower. I had to brush my teeth wash my armpits and wash my face with bottled water! I received zero notice about this maintenance water shutoff, none, even though they claimed to have sent some type of notice. I went back down the following day and was told someone would be getting back to me about some type of reimbursement for that day and free breakfast for the last two days I was there. That was Aug 2. It is now Aug 13. No word from the hotel management yet. I had to call again today and still have not received any call or email from upper management about this horrible experience. Do better Hotsson!

Everything on buffet was cold and over cooked, to much water in eggs, waffles were hard and sweet bread was also hard, they do have a very friendly staff in hand, we have being to this hotel before and it’s still out of style to be the best hotel in Leon Guanajuato or a 5 star hotel, the beds are very uncomfortable they are very hard and hurt my hips. I will not return there for our next trip. Will not recommend!!
