Don’t be fooled by the entrance door on the street. It’s a great place with every amenity and if you get the breakfast, they give you oranges and an orange juice squeezer to get fresh juice in addition to lots of fruits and bread and things to make tostado de jamón y tomate.

We had slight difficulty accessing the suite, due to our error. The staff was quick to Whatsapp and remedy the situation. The suite exceeded our expectations in all ways: size, cleanliness, extensive amenities, large bed and bedroom. The location was excellent as well being near the Cathedral and walking distance to the river, Paradore and other sights. The morning delivery of various breads (croissants, etc) as well as a refrigerator with various morning food items and fresh fruit was an added surprise. Highly recommend!

Absolutely adorable apartment! Loved the views from the balconies! Decor was beautiful. They provided ample amount of snacks and fresh baked goods daily delivered to your door. Location is right around the corner from the Cathedral and so many cafes and bars to choose from! Pharmacy and grocery store across the street.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the cathedral on the main street. There is a small kitchen area in the suite which is fine for breakfast but no more. Fresh items (croissants and bread) are delivered each morning with other items replenished by housekeeping.

The most Amazing accommodation in Leon. Spacious , very stylishly designed apartment. With all desired amenities. Delicious breakfast. An absolute must when in Leon. The Cathedral is around the corner!

New Year’s stay at Purple Dog Suites.

Spacious and comfortable suite in the heart of the city. Well appointed unit with a fully functional kitchen. Very convenient location just above the street where vehicular traffic is restricted. Quite well sound-proofed from the noise of the busy street, but the lights can still seep through the edges of the heavy curtains. Easy check in by code, so you don’t even need a card. The only minor improvements would be to replace the well worn towels and frying pans.

Apartment

The apartment is in a good location however there’s is no parking you need to park in the public parking which is 1 minute walk though the historic center. The apartment has big furniture which make it very uncomfortable to accommodate your luggage. The apartment was clean and the owner was in constant communication with us offering an excellent service. They need to make some adjustments to the shower floor to avoid the water to come out and wet most of the bathroom floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Purple Dog Suites. The property had everything we needed. Comfy bed and couch. Great air conditioning for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast items delivered to the suite. Great shower. Very attentive and helpful host. Location!! Stepping out onto the main pedestrian strip of Leon which is a road that has been traveled for over 2000 years is just surreal. Our suite had a balcony overlooking the main street and was fun to people watch. Totally quiet with doors closed. Highly recommend this property.

It was a well appointed property. Well stocked cupboards and fresh bread and croissants the following day. A pleasure to stay there. A little noisy after dark, in the early hours, however nothing that good earplugs can’t sort.

Lovely quiant apartment with 4 balconies

We loved the apartment and think it would be perfect for a week’s stay. Language difficulties and really hard to find the apartment. We didnt realize it was located on a pedestrian-only street with parking at the round-about a few minutes walk away. Now we know and would recommend others to stay here. Could use more detailed info in hotels.com.
