"I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

"Joli petit hôtel situé en centre ville proche de tout ..petit déjeuner tres abordable pour ce qu il y a ( tres varies) Porte des toilettes qui ferme pas, pas douche une baignoire, pas d ascenseurs avec des bagages pas simples, pas sel avec les œufs coquetiers inadaptés.. Bon séjour malgré tout lit excellent et calme"

"Room was clean and air conditioned, pool was a great feature. The parking was not obvious to get to in the pedestrian area, but the reception staff explained it well on the phone and it was so nice to have covered parking included!"

"Stayed here overnight during our journey back home from Italy to Scotland. Lovely hotel, great location in the characterful town of Thann, good parking. Our room was very nice and had good views of the grounds. The bed and bathroom were also good and the level of fittings and fixtures in the room was better than average. We were delighted to discover that we were staying in the same room as occupied by General De Gaulle in 1945! Our dinner in the restaurant was very good and the local wine excellent, however a bit on the expensive side. There is also a very nice resident dog! Breakfast was good with some spectacular pastries but we were a little disappointed not to be served with real coffee but with the usual dispensed from the ubiquitous coffee machine!"

"Bel hôtel, chambre un peu petite mais confortable, petit déjeuner varié (produits locaux). Le spa est un vrai plus pour nous en fin de journée. Seul point négatif, c’est la route qui est très bruyante mais l’hôtel est très bien insonorisé."

"Clean and basic room. Nice amenities and free parking. Rooms are very dated and seem very overdue for a refresher, but was clean and comfortable enough for a nights stay. AC worked flawlessly on a day with heatwave in the area."
