"The villa is big and was very clean on arrival, perfect for large families/groups. The local host Natascha was friendly and helpful. Dénia is a pretty town with a fantastic beach and plenty of supermarkets but a car is definitely recommended. We did use uber and that was fine although prices varied from 12 to 50 per trip to town depending on the time of day! While the villa is lovely & very well equipped, it is a bit tired looking so wouldn’t describe it as luxury….bedding and towels were mis-matched and a bit worn. We also had an issue with the pool while we were there, Natascha was helpful in getting it sorted but it meant we couldn’t use it for a day & a half which was very disappointing, particularly for the young children who had been loving it! I hadn’t realised when booking that electric was extra, we paid 170 for the week. Also worth noting that the bins are a fair way…needed a car just to take the rubbish out.Overall we had a great stay, loved the size & space that allowed privacy despite being a large group, and the tennis court was a fab addition."

"Lovely hotel, perfect if you want some rest and relaxation. Right on the beach with pool, restaurant and beach bar. Would stay over and over again. Drinks are a little bit expensive for Denia but it’s worth it :-)"

"Stayed with my wife and some friends. The villa is well equipped, very comfortable and the outside space is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The whole property was clean and the property manager Sabine was very responsive to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The location, set back from the main road, was peaceful and private. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great restaurant for local Spanish cuisine just across the road and there are many more options within walking distance/short drive to Denia. Be aware that the "double futon" is not a self-contained bedroom but in the living space leading to the master bedroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It worked fine for our party but may not suit everyone."

"The accommodation was well equipped, close to the beach and very clean. It was very quiet when we visited at the end of September which suited us perfectly. An instruction manual or guide to the apartment should be provided. We managed to find the hot water tank button eventually but it took a while things like this should be mentioned in a guid also instructions for the air con which we never got working fully or it wasnt very good? the left hand patio door doesnt lock correctly and we did have a slight ant issue but nothing major."
