The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, etc.), so you can cook just like at home. A 15 m² terrace under a pergola welcomes you for meals or relaxing outdoors, with a stunning ocean view.
The 70 m² upstairs apartment features two bedrooms with king-size beds, a modern shower, and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and fridge. The living and dining area opens directly onto a 10 m² balcony, letting you enjoy the sea view from the sofa or during meals. The balcony is perfect for sunny breakfasts or evenings facing the ocean.
The house faces the ocean, on the Ironman route and opposite the start of the famous Vendée Globe race. Tanchet Beach and the center of Les Sables-d’Olonne with its restaurants are just a few minutes away by bike, thanks to the cycle path right outside.
