Seafront apartment with breathtaking views of the beach of Les Sables d'Olonne
Come and recharge your batteries in this seafront apartment, which I took pleasure in renovating in a natural and cocooning style. Located on the third floor of a listed building, this large, bright and quiet studio has a small balcony with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Sables d'Olonne.
Housing
This large 35m2 studio consists of a first BEDROOM space with a 160cm bed (quality bedding and bed linen provided). A cotton gauze bed canopy allows for more privacy. Coat hooks, a rack and four drawers under the bed will allow you to store your clothes.
Opposite, a piece of furniture with cane doors and a Frame TV on the wall. You benefit from numerous channels and internet.
Next door, you will find a comfortable, tastefully decorated BATHROOM with a walk-in shower and brushed brass faucets, a round sink placed on a large countertop, a washing machine and WC.
In the main room, the KITCHEN open to the living room has a small window with sea view. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, combined microwave oven, induction hob, hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette/fondue machine as well as all the necessary crockery (plates, bowls, dishes, cutlery, oyster knife...). An extensive table veneered in solid oak will allow you to seat up to 6 people.
On the LIVING ROOM side, you will find a comfortable sofa bed with 140cm bed, a coffee table and a woven armchair.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the BALCONY with its breathtaking view of the Ocean and ideally located for sunsets.
The decoration of this accommodation has been designed to create a warm atmosphere and an ideal place to relax both in summer and in winter. The breathtaking view of the sea, giving the impression of being in a lighthouse at high tide, is ideal for recharging your batteries.
Apartment particularly well located for attending sporting and nautical events such as the Iron Man, the Vendée Globe, the Va'a...
Note that the accommodation is located 500m from the City Center / 400m from the Arago Market and free public parking (Salle Audubon) / 1.2Km from Les Sables d'Olonne Station (direct TGV from Paris-Montparnasse) / 100 km from Nantes Airport.
At the foot of the accommodation you will also find a cycle path allowing you to follow the coast.
Traveler access
Arrivals can be made independently or in person. We will discuss before your arrival to determine the most suitable reception method.
Arrival time preferably from 2 p.m. / Departure time no later than 10 a.m.
Other remarks
Cleaning fees are in place for your greater comfort. These include cleaning the accommodation upon your departure, as well as providing bed/bath and household linen.
All consumables are available (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee capsules, shower gel, washing machine tablets, etc.)
I regret but animals are not accepted in the accommodation.
It is non-smoking (allowed on the balcony) and parties are not allowed.
The apartment is unfortunately not suitable or accessible for people with reduced mobility.
