  • 20 m² air-conditioned room with smart TV. Shared garden and 160 m² common areas with fruit trees, vegetable garden, and barbecue. 75 m² covered wellness area available year-round by reservation and for an extra fee: professional therapeutic spa, counter-current swim spa, infrared sauna, foosball, pool table, and large-screen projector.



    All wellness area bookings must comply with the house rules before reserving. Not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility.

    Spacious 325 m² winegrower's house in Lespignan offering two large guest rooms for 4 or 5 people. Each 20 m² room ensures comfort and privacy: the first is fully equipped, the second includes an additional 120 cm bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature smart TVs. Guests share a large common area with a big table, panoramic sofa, pool table, projector, and music corner.



    On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area—covered and accessible year-round under certain conditions and available for an extra fee—features a professional massage spa, counter-current swimming spa with adjustable turbine, infrared sauna, foosball, and ping-pong.
