"Most Staff were not friendly. The food was downsized in portions and imported so not fresh. Hot water for showers was very limited. Could only get two hot showers duration of stay. Could not watch television in room due to very poor connection."

"My stay at the Morgan was not one I loved nor will I stay there again. When we first arrived Iris was condescending and wasn’t pleasant at all. Upon entrance into the room yellow liquid was in the shower which shows it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The keurig in our room wasn’t working. I requested tea which was never given to me. The stay was not pleasant. Overpriced and under luxury. The amount you pay the staff could do a better job at making you feel welcomed."

"First off, we end up killing two flying roaches during our stay. Secondly, the phone was out the entire stay. I had to contact front desk via cell. Thirdly, we had no WIFI the first day. We finally got it the last stay. Also, no cable until the last day. View was nice from balcony. I would also point out that front desk could be more attentive and inviting. Maybe my expectations are too high being a Marriott Owner."
