I was booked in here for 7 nights.
And whilst I will not want to be overly-critical, the following 3 things made my stay terrible:
(1) Despite having paid for facilities like Internet, the Internet did not work any day throughout my stay and despite communicating this to the management on my first day, they failed to sort it out NOR even offered feedback on status of remedying this.
(2) Despite having paid for facilities which included a TV in the room. The TVT didn't work and I communicated this. Same as above: Internet did not work any day throughout my stay and despite communicating this to the management on my first day, they failed to sort it out NOR even offered feedback on status of remedying this.
(3) They make Communicating with them purposely difficult and almost impossible. So whatever you face here, you will most likely deal with yourself.
Do better. Or offer customers refunds when you cant offer full services.
