I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "

"The lobby looked like they were doing construction, cause there was plaster on the floor. The elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. The staff person assured me that the elevated works because my room was on the third floor got to my room. the room was filthy. The refrigerator would not open. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Tried to call down to the front desk, the phone did not work went back downstairs and demanded to be checked out and to receive a refund. The staff person process the request so I’m asking Expedia to process my refund because of the condition of the hotel."
