Terrible stay. Sheets were filthy but did not see until late at night. Hair dryer did not work. Room was filthy. Still expected to pay full price. Don’t do it!

I have a gutter business and I took myself and 3 other employees here to do a job about 6 miles from here. It was a great place to stay, rooms were clean, ppl were friendly. It was quiet and check in and out was a breeze, we used Expedia originally,but needed to add an additional day and it wasn't an issue at all for us to book the two rooms for another night. There was also a McDonald's and gas station right there in the same vicinity.i would definitely stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

The property is next to the freeway and on a main road so a bit noisy. The grounds were dirty and poorly maintained, but it appears to be under new ownership with signs of improvements being made. It looks like they're trying to clean the place up!

The remote didnt work, so I had to obtain a new one. The top blanket was dirty on both beds as well as the room wasn't too clean. Musty smell when you first walk in the room. Tub faucet was taped together to stay in place. I feel if they updated the property look and really get all new equipment, they would have better ratings. The staff was friendly,!

When I am booking two different hotel in two different cities a day after each other Expedia populates same date on second reservation while other websites are smarter then Expedia website. When there is an mistake like this you should let people cancel the reservation within an hour and refund money. Expedia took my money away.

Blankets sideways on bed. Dust ruffle torn and hanging in floor. Bathroom floor dirty and a soap wrapper in floor behind door. My daughter woke up at 2AM and felt something crawling on her…..found a palmetto bug on her headboard! No breakfast as there were only blueberry muffins, no variety. The waffle machine was not working. According to the man in office he couldn’t get machine to dispense any waffle mix. Pathetic! Would not recommend anyone stay there.

When we first arrived, there weren't but one light bulb in the room. We ask for a couple of light bulbs and the desk clerk brought me one light bulb and it was blown also. So we waited for some light bulbs until later that evening. Then my husband kept killing little baby roaches in the room all during the night. I did like the location, and the dining places around. The beds were fairly comfortable. I think the place needs to be exterminated, and some new light bulbs replaced! Outside there was broken glass and a glass beer bottle that was laying on the ground and I could hear people partying outside around our car. I didn't feel comfortable with all that.

This is an older place and you can tell, has a smell and could use some updating. The room we were given wasn’t properly cleaned- the bathroom definitely hasn’t been cleaned properly in months. I travel with bleach wipes and disinfectant thankfully… both the carpet and tile in the bathroom were absolutely gross. The a/c in our room was really struggling and was full of dust when I wiped it down. One of the beds in our room has a huge dip in the mattress and both beds could use more pillows. The front desk staff was great though, super friendly and welcoming. We weren’t given a remote or enough towels and they fixed that right away. The continental breakfast was good- waffles, little muffins, cereal, oatmeal, egg & cheese omelettes- juices & coffee, whole fruits and yogurt. Quite a few options. ***Apparently the pool is seasonal, SO if you are booking through hotels.com reach out to the property directly because Hotels.com will not make you aware and will do nothing when this happens***
