My stay at Fairfield was wonderful. Staffs were friendly and cooperative and room was spotless. I highly recommend it to everyone. Not to mention about timely breakfast and great gym.

So disappointed the pool was closed!!! The site stated it was under renovation and would be completed before our reservation date. The hotel seemed bewildered about it. Newly renovated and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not great, the exact same 3 days.

The hotel was neat and clean and the breakfast service was good. However, our room was not serviced after the first night, and we never even saw a housekeeping cart our entire stay. The pool was also closed ‘Until further notice!’.To top it off, we had a power outage so the hotel had no electricity for over 8 hours (finally A/C again at 2:30 AM) Granted, that was beyond their control, but when I asked for some degree of comp for spending a terrible night, I got the usual ‘I have to ask the manager.’ from the single staffer on duty. Started out impressed with a lower cost alternative to where we usually stay, but ended up unimpressed and will not return.

This was a basic hotel. Clean and comfortable with no frills. Strangely the room was spacious but sparsely furnished. We were disappointed the pool was closed for repairs. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our hotel room was nice, and the beds were very comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was terrible, as there was almost nothing left to eat. We ended up eating at the IHOP right down the street. Our stay was fine otherwise, but they really need to look into changing the shower heads and making sure there is enough food put out for guests. To be clear, we went to breakfast an hour and a half before breakfast ended.

We were there for two nights visiting relatives. Traveled from New Jersey to Lexington SC. We went out the first day expecting to come back to a clean room and nothing was done. No bed made, no towels and no coffee ot garbage picked up, The staff aploigized and gave us towels.
