Near Dam-Lake Front Estate w/ Large Dock, Private Ramp, and Beautiful Sunsets

  • On North Lake Dr (Hwy 6) next to Dam, Lexington side. 20 mins from downtown Columbia, 3 miles from Lexington and Irmo. Large 5 acre lot with a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home. Situated on a protected cove, the home has magnificent sunset views of the Lake. The waterfront includes a lighted permanent dock with Gazebo and large floating dock and private boat ramp.

    This spacious living area includes a Great Room, large dining area and kitchen. There is a 42 foot screened porch overlooking the lake with ceiling fans, dining table and seating areas. There is also an outside deck with picnic table and gas grill.

    Great for family vacations, business retreats, Tournament Bass fisherman, USC Football Weekends, and The Masters.
