"Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were in a family suite with heaps of room and access to all amenities. We were on the 4th floor but lucky enough to have a lift up to our apartment. Absolutely loved our first time stay in Venice."

"The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. Anne was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, some hot food and selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh squeezed juices. Amenities: robes, slippers and goid toiletries. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

"Great property in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and the location allowed us to access almost every part of the city very easily. Restaurants and shopping are literally right outside the door, yet the property is a bit away from the frenzy and quiet when needed. We hesitated a bit to go directly to the hotel by water taxi because it cost Euros 80 for a 15 minute ride. But it is worth the convenience of not having to lug around your suitcases from the ferry dock, looking for...

"Great communication from booking until leaving. Small hotel (only 8 rooms) but centrally located to many attractions and water taxi stations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Sehr netter Empfang, mit umfassenden Informationen zur Umgebung. Tolle Lage in San Marco, Der Manager Marco und Partnerin waren unaufdringlich und engagiert und man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihr Haus gerne führen. Keine 24/7 Rezeption, aber problemloser Zugang mit Schlüssel. Komme sehr gerne wieder!"

"Amazing hotel, very nice room and totally clean. Very nice and helpfull staff."

"We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square. Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. We collected our room security code from the front desk of their sister hotel (Ca Dei Dogi), about 1 minute walk away. The gentleman there was very polite, helpful and professional. Every day our room was cleaned to a very high standard but the lady we saw in our building. A big thank you to her. Our...

"This little gem is tucked into a maze of tiny streets. It is a traditional building, good vibes, with polished wood, Venetian glass lamps, art prints up a curved stair case: it was charming. Staff were very professional and friendly. Breafast offered a great varirty of Italian treats and pastries for a delightful continental breakfast. Highly recommended."
