The staff truly made our trip better with guidance on local authentic restaurants, to suggestions of a daily private boat tour of Venice that runs daily directly from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a range of gluten free options and the room was clean and had a wonderful view of the canal-albeit slightly obscured by the construction and scaffolding of the building opposite.

Everything and everyone was amazing! Only complaint, the canal view room, pointless. You can’t see the canal unless ur an nba player or you travel with a step stool. You open window and blocking your view is part of the wall and flowers. Location is perfect and the staff was amazing. Room was clean and spacious!

Location perfect! Amenities Perfect! Modern classy interiors! Pretty good breakfast buffet! Helpful and courteous staff! Overall a great place to stay. Two things … rooms a little small but that’s thruout Venezia and 2nd do not book taxi to n from station or airport from them as they upcharge like a LOT !! A magical place to stay in a magical city! Our two nights in the rooftop panoramic suite was a truly special occassion, waking to the bells of St Marks only a block away - close enough to beat the crowds with an early-moring wander before returning for a terrific buffet breakfast at the hotel. The Bridge of Sighs in the morning mist, the sound of seranading gondoleers drifting up from the canal, the beautiful sunset skies with something uniquely Venice, this was the perfect place to feel both in the heart of the city while floating above it all. This hotel has great access to the top attractions but is only a few minutes' walk from quiet squares and alleys. The staff had excellent dining reccomendations that never failed, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly reccommended if you can stretch to the price!

Unbelievable hotel ! We had the family suite for our family of 5. Felt similar to the Ritz Carlton inside our room. We wish we would have stayed longer ! Great location with short walks to all the great restaurants, shopping, Piazza San Marco, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, & the docks. But also with just the right amount of distance that we weren’t bothered by excess noise from all the people wandering the alleys. Staff was wonderful. Allow them to arrange your water taxi rides to/from the airport or train station so you are dropped off or picked up right from their lobby (fair pricing too!). Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is an odd odor that makes everything feel musty & the stairs leading to our floor that were quite the trip hazard. Rooms are opulent & comfortable overall.
