"The water doesn't get hot just like warm so when you shower basically you get out and freeze because it's barely hot. For convenience for the concerts there and attached to a mall."

Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes: el internet no funcionó durante nuestra estancia y, por la noche, no contamos con agua. Entendemos que el hotel estaba lleno, pero consideramos que es un servicio básico, especialmente después de haber estado fuera todo el día. A pesar de estos detalles, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena."

"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "
