The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2013, and is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking++.


Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking in a car park in the town (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard or 300 m away).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (about 20 steps).

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, 1 cot, seating area, TV, access to the balcony (garden furniture) and security door. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
