Great hotel and staff in a very central area the only issue i had was the evening restaurant and its lack of vegetarian options basically salad or omlette and chips but locally there are some very good alternatives

Very nice comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

Nice stay in Roubaix

We had a brief but great stay here. We arrived in the morning after taking an early Eurostar and were thrilled to be able to check in early for a nap! The hotel was quite nice and clean and comfortable and has a perfect location. It's located right off of a nice square in Roubaix, and it's close to the metro that takes you directly to and from the Lille city center. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked nice. All in all would recommend as an option in the Lille area!

Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel
 Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can. The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

MediocritĂ  per il prezzo.

Per due giorni ho fatto presente che la televisione (piccolissima) non funzionava totalmente. Nessun rimedio. Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera. Nonostante fossimo due hanno sempre messo una sola salvietta. Macchia importante nella parete.

Une bonne adresse sur Roubaix

Superbe hotel en centre ville à l'architecture impressionnante. Seul regret, le manque de sourire lors du petit déjeuner largement compensé par l'accueil à la réception.
