This oceanview condo is perfect for small families and couples, with accommodations for dogs and easy access to the beach!

Located in the Nelscott neighborhood toward the south side of town, this condo is part of the Sandstone Point property. You're just a block or two away from the beach, with dining, shopping, and the movie theater just a short drive away!

The living room boasts a leather couch, a great view from the windows, and cable TV and WiFi. Rainy days are no problem - just turn on the gas fireplace and get comfy!

The mini-fridge and microwave make enjoying restaurant leftovers a breeze, with a coffee maker to get you going in the mornings. Eat at the table for two by the living room, or by the shared picnic table outdoors!

Four guests (and your beloved dogs,) can enjoy this home's full-size bed and living room sofabed. Wash up in the bathroom's relaxing shower and head out to explore!

Lincoln City's outlet mall, glass art galleries, and more are just a few miles away by car. Don't forget freshwater fun at Devils Lake two and a half miles northward, or games and entertainment at Chinook Winds at the north end of town!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was clean and area safe. The room was quite stark. More artwork on the walls and an overstuffed chair in the corner would improve the appearance. I enjoyed my stay and may consider staying there again.

Great weekend getaway.

The view and roar of the ocean while relaxing in front of the fire was magical. Clean with plentyof hot shower water. Would definitely return!

Half horrible half great

Room was dirty! Hair in bed, pee on toilet, toothpaste on sink. The 1st night between 12am and 2am almost called the police the upstairs neighbor man and woman were screaming and yelling at each other so loud it sounded like it was in our condo. You can hear everything upstairs, the view was great if it was clean and the neighbors weren't crazy it would have been ok.... but management refunded some of my money because of lack of cleanliness and the 2nd night whoever was above is was worry.. wouldn't recommend unless the insulate the ceilings

Perfect for Short Vacation

The listing was very accurate to the condo. The kitchen was a great addition so we didn’t have to eat out every night. It was also very clean with the exception of two of the hand towels! The provided toiletries were also a great addition! The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin so be prepared to hear some things you don’t necessarily want to. This is a great place for a short vacation!

Do not stay here!

The property was fine and exactly what was stated in the listing. The problem was a fuse blew our first morning. We called the management company, Vacasa at 10am to report it because most of the outlets, lights and all of the appliances did not work. There was no fuse box in the room for us to fix it. I was told they would contact maintenance and it would be fixed timely. At 5pm I called them back since I had heard nothing and the issue was not resolved. At that time we heard many apologies and was told they were on it and would elevate this to an "urgent" repair. Still nothing was fixed. The next morning we checked out, with NEVER hearing from anyone and NEVER having the power turned back on. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I should be given a refund.

Mighty fine

The staff/ housekeeping is amazing! They are so sweet and helpful with anything and everything! The view is great and the beach access is pretty good for someone who can walk down some rocks. The location of the hotel is good because you can drive north and see the entire town of Lincoln city. It was actually really quiet at night as well. The only weird thing about this specific room is that the bed is in its own little room by itself and it has no windows. So it’s a hot sleep. But all around it was a great stay for 4-5 nights.

Seahorse suite

This was a nice place for two friends. The kitchenette was a great addition. The futon bed/couch was not the most comfortable for sitting and the top (when reclined) made for more comfortable sleep. The chairs at the table were replaced with a bench which means we had no where to sit besides the futon. A chair would have been welcomed. We would stay here again!

Extremely noisy, dangerous walk to the beach

We got zero sleep as our upstairs neighbors were moving furniture or something all day and night. The walk to the beach from our room was a choice of a steep walk down to the access then climbing over rocks. The other choice was walking down Hwy 101 4 blocks to another beach access which was the choice we made. The price is right but we would not choose to stay here again.

not as advertised

Regarding this reservation in Sandstone Point, Lincoln City OR - room Seahorse 1- 1) Wall heater does not work. Only blows cold air. No heating element. 2) No internet. Two computers and an i-phone all say "router too far away". 3) Cable TV only receives one channel, KGW Ch 8 NBC. That's This means the room was not as advertised.

Loved it - will rent again

Overall, I loved this studio. There were a couple of fixable things that occurred that need to be addressed. The first thing that happened was one night while I was cooking, I reached for a spatula and as soon as I took it out of the container, realized that it had been put back DIRTY AND WITH FOOD DRIED ON IT. I immediately washed it and everything else that was in the utensil container. This needs to be addressed at the policy level, especially during a pandemic, to make sure everything is being done to keep renters safe. We called on our second night when we realized that the toilet was leaking. This was a Thursday night and the help line said they'd send someone to fix it. Whether or not they did, I can't say for sure, but it didn't appear to be fixed when we returned and we figured that no one would be available on the weekend to fix it. It wasn't a huge leak, but it was a leak nonetheless. There also are no hooks anywhere in the unit to hang anything - not even a coat! And there's a nice, long hallway to the main area that could have a simple hook or two to at least hang coats. This seemed odd to me. No dresser anywhere or anywhere to unpack your clothes. Not the end of the world - we weren't there very long, but I like to put my clothes away. I give them four stars mainly because of the dirty spatula thing. I know we're all still figuring out how to best deal with this pandemic, but this definitely needs some thought and adjustment for future guests. Overall, I would totally rent this unit again in the future. It was perfect for my needs and so close to the beach, we kept the windows open the whole time to hear the ocean. Thank you for everyrhing (except that awful spatula - LOL)

Property has a small kitchen that only has bare essentials for food prep. Unit has plumbing issues:Bathtub/shower does not drain well. Has nice view of Pacific and beach but windows are dirty.
