The incredible beauty of the Northern Oregon Coast is at your fingertips with this dog-friendly Lincoln City condo! Enjoy easy beach access, ocean views from the balcony, and classic home comforts with your family and that special someone.

This condo for four is within a short drive of Lincoln City's finest shopping and dining opportunities. Even closer, within about a two-block walk, are seven miles of beautiful beachfront. Even if it's raining, you can still admire the beauty of the ocean thanks to your private balcony!

The living area of the home lets you watch the waves with its close proximity to the balcony, and then relax on a leather sofa and armchair by the fireplace. With WiFi and a flatscreen cable TV, rainy days in have never been more fun!

Take a break from eating out with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Cleanup is quick and easy thanks to the dishwasher, and everyone will fit around the table for a meal together.

Four guests (and your dogs,) can use this home's sole bedroom and bath. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, with the living room's sofa converting into a futon. Take a relaxing shower in the nearby bathroom and start your day on the right foot!

The most obvious attraction Lincoln City has to offer is the beach, but there's plenty of fun to be had indoors thanks to the eclectic stores and galleries, and shopping at Lincoln City Outlets. You can also spend a day with thrilling games at Chinook Winds Casino and Resort, or fishing at Devils Lake - both of which are less than five miles from your home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Poor condition. Paint is leeling off the walls. Electrical outlets are falling out of the walls. Sluding glass door is very hard to close, needing excessive force to close it. Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and loose. The front door has very large gaps between the door and jam. Walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbors conversations and snoring from them all night. The oven drawer is broken .

Loud

The unit was fairly clean. The shower head had no pressure because it was clogged. The showere had soap scum on the tile because of the lack of pressure. Very loud people coming in and out all night. I couldn't tell who it was because it seemed like numerous tenants. It wasnt terrible here to but i would tent at this location afain

The property was good for what we paid. Kitchen was not stocked with utensils or cooking things. Water pressure was terrible - but location great and you could walk to the beach - that was nice.

You can't get a better deal for the money. Great location partial view of the ocean dogs okay staff friendly and clean fabulous

We loved it and had a great stay. We've stayed here before and plan to again in the future. I would probably choose a different unit next time though- just because the internet was not working most of the time and the view was blocked by trees. Overall, we loved the kitchen, fireplace and nearby beach. My kid liked the weird bedroom window into the hallway- he thought that was really cool.

Worst stay ever Deceiving photos Shower pressure was a dribble Old Spring bed No way to Communicate with property management I could go on and on Never have I stayed somewhere this bad before.

Disappointed

*while clean it lacked on-site help. Bed so hard my body went numb, requested no down/feather pillows, had to use epi pen even though housekeeping removed them after arrival. Wifi did not work in our room. We could not even get back to sleep the our first night. Was up at 2am calling local hotels to to find another place to stay. The housekeeper was such a sweet soul. Still getting the run around as to a solution, some people like really a hard bed (who wants one that causes your body to go numb?), no one else was having Wifi issues is not cutting it. We booked 5 nights and barely made it 16hours.*

Let down

some of the areas in the rental were not as clean as expected , floors, toilet, and all the sheets felt and smelled dirty, the sofa felt uncomfortable to lay down on since all covers were not vacuumed or washed. In addition we had to sleep in the living area because you could hear all the conversations and kids going in an out of the rooms 12am. We actually checked out a day early because we didn’t want to spend another uncomfortably night there .

Worst place I've ever been for vacation

First and foremost this place was so dirty we caught covid the second day of stat, Dirty blanket which we discovered the second day too, we had to drive 1hr away to go buy our own beddings. The walls are so poorly insulated you could clearly here other visitors in other suits. No soap holder in the shower. The room I booked had leather futon but that's not what we found. Everything was so frustrating and would never recommend anyone for this!!!

It was okay

I would say the pictures are better online then the place is in person. The walls are very thin as expected as its an older place. Wish the kitchen had more kitchen things that are normal cooking items as we had to go to the dollar store for a few things. Overall if you aren't looking for a 5 star place and you want you doggies with you this is a decent place to stay. Just know you will hear your neighbors.

you get what you pay

location is great. walls are very thin so the upstairs family with kids woke us up very very early due to constant stomping. kitchen is equipped with BARE minimals. the easiest dinner is a spaghetti meal yet it snot possible because you ONE medium pot. There arent even 4 cereal bowls. The person that did the paint job in the bath around the showerstall should have paid the owner that's how bad it is. location is amazing though.

I would not recommend.

overall bad experience we actually checked out a day early and went to a hotel in Newport. It was pretty dirty obviously needs major updating. Both nights all we could hear was the tetants above us knocking around jumping im not sure what was happening but it was literally all night. My mother who slept in the bedroom could hear the guy in the room next to us snoring. The kitchen is very poorly stocked so pack like your going camping if your going to stay here. I get it its cheap but man just terrible.

Beautiful Location But...

The location was gorgeous, but the property definitely needs some work. There were areas where painting walls had been started, but not completed, the ceiling above the shower had gross orange moisture buildup as well as some mold, the bed was ancient, and felt/sounded like it was made entirely of springs. Also the walls are PAPER thin. However, the cute was really cute and I loved that there was a dishwasher. We loved the fireplace and the fantastic ocean views from the deck. The location was amazing.

Smelled like cigarettes

The unit smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector had been pulled off the wall when we arrived. We had to open the door and spray some perfume to get the smell out - not pleasant! We were also surprised to find that the bedroom window looks into the building's hallway, not outside. The view from the living room was nice, though, and getting down to the beach wasn't too difficult. The unit is not fancy or top quality but it was fine for us. We brought meals to cook in the kitchen and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we had a nice stay, just wish the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly to get rid of the cigarette smell.

Cleanliness

Although the room was convenient and had a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out everyday while up here working the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was boogers on the door and wall of the bedroom it was gross.. there was hair and dust bunnnies everywhere in that room as well and i also killed several fleas on me ( i did not travel with a dog) and the glass part in the microwave that your food sits on was broken... I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again because i will be but the cleanliness could have at least been standard

Adequate but minimalist

No onsite help. Kitchen sparsely outfitted. Not enough garbage bags, TP or toiletries provided for a 5 day stay. Mattress old but futon comfortable sleeping. Bathroom old and shower head way to high and not adjustable. Location is central to coastal access. Parking lot difficult to maneuver. Couldn’t get connected to Internet and help was sparse and couldn’t get connected to help either. No “guide” for TV. Despite all this things, loved out stay.

Good stay for couple with pets

Had a good stay with my boyfriend and two dogs. Beach access from room is very steep so we drove down to the public access and had much easier time. Staying during the week was good, not very busy on the beach or shops. Ran out of toilet paper right before we left so maybe bring a role or two from home! Haha It was nice to have our own kitchen area, grabbed a few groceries from Safeway. Great to be able to open the sliding glass door and listen to the ocean, but no air flow gets to the bedroom sadly! Overall, a good stay for a couple with pets!

First Family Trip

Loved this little condo. It had an amazing view and was just big enough for our family. We wished it had a few things more in the kitchen like a few spieces and cooking oil to make cooking a little more feasible. My only complaint was that because it was an older complex there was not much sound proofing. The people above us stomped around every night making it hard for our family to sleep.
