Loon Mountain Lofted Studio--Value Prices!

Deluxe condo at Lodge at Lincoln Station, a Four Season activities resort, with mountain views on the Pemigewasset River sleeps four comfortably.

Top floor (no noise), studio with loft is 590 square feet, has a deck, a queen bed in the loft, a queen pullout couch in the living area, jetted bathroom tub, and A/C. Vaulted ceilings gives roomier feeling.

The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to make all meals. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided in the condo.

Two Cable Flat Screen TVs.

This riverside resort is 1.5 miles off Interstate 93 and contains every amenity: indoor heated/outdoor pools, indoor Jacuzzi, gas grill w/ picnic area, game rooms, Pemi River access, tennis courts, FREE wireless Internet access and MORE!!

Washers/dryers, game room, and locker room are located in the basement floor. Large outdoor sundeck overlooking the Pemi River and a Common Great Room with huge hearthstone fireplace.

Walk to downtown shops/restaurants. Free shuttle to Loon Mtn (1 mile away)

Great condo complex. Close to everything. Management on site. Clean. Quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Only drawback to this particular property was the stairs, which could be a problem for some people.

Great Spot

Second time staying in one of these units with my husband . Booked a larger one for a family trip. Great location. Walk to restaurant s, bars…. Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing nearby. Condo was clean and well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Lodge at Lincoln Station. The condo was the perfect size for me and my teenage son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were busy most days but when we weren't, we enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, pool table and Pemi River and that back of the property. The condo is in a great area with restaurants, stores and attractions nearby. We highly recommend this rental!

Awesome condo on the river

This place is right on a river and has a mountain view off the patio. Great location close to town with several restaurants very close. Condo was clean with a neat loft area.

Rough start but ended strong

We arrived at the property thinking there would be a property manager to assist with the check in process. There was no property manager. We ended up talking with a cleaning lady who connected us with a maintenance man who helped us connect with another cleaning lady who ultimately helped us connect with the property manager and eventually the owner. Once we had the key codes, the check in process was very smooth, the unit was clean, nice, safe neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation. The owner later called me to clarify that he thought he had sent me a personal email with check-in information but he had inadvertently sent that email to someone else. He was forthcoming and apologetic about an honest mistake.

The River

When my husband and I requested to stay, Rob the owner got right back to us. When we arrived we were slightly confused but the hotel side helped us out and told us to just put information in a book infront of the owners office. When we opened the unit it was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The unit is close to many restaurants and shopping, most even walking distance. The river was right out back down stairs that made it easy to get to. There was even a deeper water area that we watched kids and parent swim and explore. The weather was not great for half of our trip but there were indoor amenities such as a pool and game rooms which included ski ball. The bed room was located on the loft so if someone was watching TV it was difficult to fall asleep. Over all my husband and I enjoyed all of it and will Definitely go back.

Great location

We went up to NH to do some touristy things and to do some hiking. The condo is very central to get anywhere and everywhere you want to go in the White Mtns. The condo also had everything we needed to to feel at home. I recommend it!

Perfect little place in a beautiful spot

Great location

At the base of Loon Mountain and on the river (which was an added bonus!). Right in Lincoln next to a few restaurants. Very convenient to everything. Property was clean and comfortable.

Great stay at The Lodge in Lincoln, NH!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st year wedding anniversary and really enjoyed it! It was a cozy and clean condo with a beautiful view. It was also in the perfect location to do many summer activities. We went to Alpine Adventures down the street for some zip lining. We also went to Clark's Bears & the Polar Caves which were close as well. There were many restaurant options around us. We had a wonderful time and plan on visiting again in the winter to ski. Rob was also very responsive and ensured all our questions were answered. Great place to stay!

Perfect for a Pair

Great value in a beautiful part of New Hampshire

Great place to lay your head as you visit all of the attractions in the area. A quick walk to some restaurants for a quick bite. We really enjoyed bringing our beach chairs down to the river and hanging out. The weather was beautiful and we had an awesome time.
