"Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. "K Space Hotel is a brand new hotel and comes with amenities. Room is spacious, clean with soft bed and pillows. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Water supply is unlimited. The hotel is conveniently located along Beijing Road. Easy for shopping and foodies. Few minutes walk to the metro, easy access to tourist attractions. Really like this hotel. Will definitely stay here in my future Guangzhou trips."

"First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5 *. Highly recommended. "

"Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. When I insisted, they said they could move us to the room the room the next day at noon because someone was in it. So it wasn’t an electrical issue. We checked out early and they denied us a refund. I would not recommend this place. "
