The staff were so warm and so helpful. I found the room to be very comfortable, especially the bedding. The games in the lobby were really a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious.

Vi var tre äldre systrar som bodde tillsammans i ett stort och trevligt rum. Dessvärre fanns ingenstans att lägga våra väskor och ingen hylla där vi kunde ställa upp någonting. I badrummet fanns ingen plats för necessärer. En kunde man ställa på tvättstället, men vi var tre. Vi upplevde duschväggen lite obehaglig. Var svår att se. Borde kanske inte vara helt genomskinlig. Lite mönster på den vore bra. Hade varit skönt att kunna öppna fönstret och vädra. Restaurangen var väldigt trevlig med god frukost och även middag. Personalen fantastiskt trevlig. Fick information från hotellet på engelska. Varför engelska? Man borde åtminstone kunna få välja vilket språk. Alla i Sverige är inte bra på engelska. Tack för den här vistelsen. Enkla saker kan göra nästa vistelse fulländad.

Omständlig och tidskrävande incheckning. Märkligt litet och trångt dubbelrum (504). Långsam hiss. Men i övrigt var vistelsen bra, frukosten okej och middan god med bra service.

Familjetur

Bokade med att två småbarn ska sova i förälders säng. Fick två enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. Fick lägga bäddmadrasserna på tvärs över sängen så att ungen inte skulle ramla i golvet i sprickan. Bäddsoffemadrassen var så hård att den bör ingen över 10kg i kroppsvikt försöka sova i. Hotellet behöver lite kärlek men trevlig personal som vanligt på strawberry.
