"The hotel is changing hands and there are some improvements needed but they are working on them. My only complaint the phone number listed is not a direct line to hotel and they advertise contential breakfast but its a pay for breakfast"

"Beautiful Stay "

"Check in was adequate. Not a warm or friendly welcome. Just enough to make the transaction. There were random ppl hanging out in the halls and lobby, which made me alert travelling with 2 young girls. I didnt feel unsafe, but not super safe like I have at other hotels in the area. The hall outside our room smelled like a mix of cigarettes/weed and air freshner. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing. 815 am, no sausages, eggs soggy slop bread was hard from being left open. No yogurt or fruit. My daughter is celiac and had limited options. I asked the attendant if there was any optionsnor more yogurt of fruit. He looked over and said. No. I suggested he check out back. He did. Came back and said no. Blamed there being no delivery. Not empathetic. He truly did not care and continued mopping spilked milk. It was truly disappointing. "

"Clean comfortable room. Great atmosphere at the bar. Breakfast in the morning would be nice. Convenient location near the airport. "

"Roy did a good job checking in. I was surprised the room was clean and no bugs. I stayed twice recently. The price is right. "

"Staff is friendly but this place has serious maintenance issues. first, TV remote doesn't work. No big deal, went to front desk to get replaced. Then shower won't turn on - handle is stuck and there is literally NO WATER. Their solution (b/c there was no one to fix it there) was to have us shower in a room across the hall. by the end of the day it was fixed, but then the TV hot green pixellated lines all across every screen. While the staff apologized, no one offered to refund us a portion of our stay or explain how it was possible for there to be no water in the shower (like, how did the cleaners clean the tub if there was no water?) Won't be staying here again. "
