"The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children."

"Good point is that this hotel offers breakfast that was very good and has many variety. Parking is also a plus. Hotel rooms are large enough for one night stay. Our room has good window view of the mountains nearby. walking distance to food is a plus. "

"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. Breakfast is simple but you can have everything you want - salad, bread, cheese, ham, milk, soymilk, coffee.... you name it. Highly recommended!!"

"Excellent hotel with clean room, private onsen, good amenities. Our room had separate toilet and shower rooms, which was convenient since we were traveling with family so both rooms could be used simultaneously. Underground parking included, with parking attendants to help guide traffic if needed. Close to the main street so could walk up and down to see the stores and restaurants."

"Everything was perfect, pretty good location if you don’t want to be too close to the city center, bus stop 6 minutes away from the hotel. Uber/taxi to the center is around 4-10€(depending where you’re going Jiaoxi, Wai’ao Beach etc) I would recommend and gladly come back !"

He was so willing and quick to help whenever we needed. He cleaned our room immaculately and exceeded our expectations.
