Decent apartment/hotel

Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip bathmat as the shower floor was quite slippery.

The room was in generally good condition, though the bathroom sink did not drain and the TV remote worked sporadically. The location is handy to a Hofer and restaurants and also a nearby park. The traffic noise was a problem at night.

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Parkplätze sind gegenüber des Gebäudes, die Unterkunft ist auch gut zu finden

Großzügiges Bad, allerdings innenliegend ohne Fenster; geräumige Küchenzeile mit TK-Kombi, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Nespressomaschine, aber keine Mikrowelle vorhanden, großer schwenkbarer Fernseher; Zimmer allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt, aufgrund von Platzmangel nur ein Nachtisch und -lampe vorhanden; Tischplatte des Essbereichs etwas instabil, Appartement lag zur Hauptstraße und Südseite, trotz Außenjalousien Ende Juli sehr warm und bei geöffneten Fenstern leider sehr laut; fußläufig sind ein Supermarkt und der Innenstadtbereich erreichbar; Handtuchwechsel erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage

220€ bezahlt hatte aber kein Zugang zum Zimmer

Stand vor verschlossener Tür , niemand nimmt den Hörer ab. Verlor 220.- € musste aber in einem anderen Hotel übernachten und natürlich doppelt zahlen . Liegt an der am stärksten befahrenen Strasse in Linz. Null Kulanz, null Verständnis => Lime Home ist zum Vergessen.
