Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom, and it was silent at night which was a pleasant surprise for a city centre hotel. "The studio was spacious, smart and freshly decorated. Its location beside the station and the chateau on the edge of the old town was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Having to ask for clean towels, buy toilet rolls and empty the rubbish bins ( on pain of a 50 euro fine) and buy disposal bags was unfamiliar! That aspect of 'hotel' in aparthotel was less enjoyable."

"Check out was closed between 12-4pm - even though I was given information we could check in from 2pm - This was also on their own website and information given to my wife who booked via another website to. So arriving a 2.20pm in the pouring rain from an early am flight wasn't ideal. All shut up - nowhere to stand except in the porch and an hour wait for staff to arrive around 3.30pm - not an ideal start - Limited tea/coffee n towels also experienced - Ok on a budget, but maybe a bit more expected after check in "
