This beautiful 100 m2 house has been completely renovated with a modern and elegant design, offering the highest level of comfort and relaxation for our guests.
This property offers a terrace with a lovely garden, private pool, seating area, outdoor dining area, free public parking, free WiFi, and air-conditioning.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, and ironing essentials. It also features a dining table that comfortably seats six people.
The living room features a spacious and comfortable couch, an armchair, and a 65-inch widescreen smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services.
One bedroom features a presidential king bed, an ample layout, and a closet. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, and TV.
The house also includes a beautifully decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Rua Combatentes da Grande Guerra sits in the heart of Belas, a tranquil parish within the Sintra region. Surrounded by residential charm and local character, the street honours the memory of Portugal’s World War I soldiers and offers visitors a peaceful atmosphere to explore daily life just outside Lisbon. With its calm environment and traditional Portuguese architecture, it’s ideal for those looking to escape the tourist-heavy areas while still staying connected to culture and heritage.
Nearby, visitors can enjoy hidden natural gems like the Roman dam of Belas and scenic walking trails surrounded by greenery. This location offers a slower pace, perfect for relaxed discovery, yet it remains close to key landmarks of the Sintra region, such as palaces, gardens, and historical monuments. It’s a gentle and authentic way to experience the richness of Portugal, away from the rush.
The house is located just 15 km from Lisbon, 12 km from Sintra, and about 15 km from the beaches, offering the perfect combination of tranquility and accessibility.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus station, R Victor Cordon 22, is just a 7-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
Please be aware that some leaves and foliage may occasionally be present in the water due to the pool's proximity to trees and surrounding vegetation. While we make every effort to maintain the pool's cleanliness, this natural element enhances the tranquil and scenic atmosphere of the area.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
