Located on a 2nd floor in a building without elevator in the heart of Cascais, this apartment is fully recovered and decorated with great style and comfort.
The room has a lot of light and is decorated with great affection. It features a table for 8 people, and a seating area with a sofa and lounges and an LCD TV with international channels. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that allows to accommodate two extra guests.
The kitchen is large and cheerful, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has fridge with freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and magic wand. In the marquee you can find iron and ironing board and a portable extension.
The hall gives access to two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bunk bed for 3 people, ideal for adults or children. The other room has a king size double bed, and a small balcony. There is a full bathroom with a shower that serves the rooms. Wi-FI internet throughout the house.
This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.
It is located in the center of Cascais, a 1-minute walk from its local shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Naval Club of Cascais.
It is also very close, 15 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, guincho beach, known internationally for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently paddle surfing.
It is also about a 15-minute drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by green pine trees.
For lovers of the equestrian arts, the equestrian centre at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.
Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, The Estoril Casino and the Estoril Racetrack.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

Minimum stays: 4 nights.
Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.
Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8 am will cost 30€.

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.
Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or to any furniture or equipment thereof.
