The only thing we didn’t like was the elevator was off during certain hours of the day. It might have been from construction. We had to use the “lift” it was old and scary.

Lutecia is a great selection as a travellers hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the lobby bar was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a light meal and drink at the end of the night. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport and the same to the city centre when taking local transit.

A quick one night for an early AM flight, the location to airport was great. Very nice hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the service excellent. Comfortable.

Great hotel in good location. It's clean and we had 2 rooms connecting for a family of 4. Only downside was that there was no mention it's currently under construction. Only reason for 4 stars. It was loud until about 4 PM and I'm not sure how that impacted the air quality.

No coffee was offered to guests, and there was confusion when we asked to charge the room. There is a problem in Lisbon with taxis scamming tourists; I was charged $39 E to get to the hotel, a 10-minute drive. The hotel should arrange for a shuttle to protect the tourists.

Rooms were a good size and the door in between our two rooms was very helpful. We needed a cot and that was surprisingly comfortable. Only complaint was the air conditioning was very weak in both rooms, which I didn't bother asking about as we arrived at 2am, so just wanted to get to bed.

初めてのポルトガル旅行でした。空港から近いこともあって決めたホテルですが、中心部からは少し離れています。ですがその為に夜になると外が静かになるので、よく眠れました。周りにあまり高い建物が無いので、窓からの景色も綺麗です。中心部へ行くための地下鉄駅(ROMA)まで徒歩数分なので、あまり不便を感じることもなく楽しく観光出来ました。朝食もメニューが豊富で、食べ終わった皿もすぐにスタッフが下げてくれます。レセプションのスタッフは皆、お揃いのジャケットを着て名札も付けていたので、第一印象から「いいな」と好感が持てました。英語もわかりやすく、とても親切にしていただきました。部屋にウェルカムウォーターがあったことも嬉しかったです。 一つリクエストがあるとすれば、部屋にティッシュボックスを置いて欲しいです。スリッパ やバスローブが無くてもあまり気になりませんでしたが、ティッシュは必需品だと思います。。。それ以外は大満足でしたので、次回もリピートするつもりです。

The hotel has good conditions and the bed was perfect. The room had a pleasant balcony. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special (no water with gas and poor juice selection. Sadly, we had no warm water in the morning and the problem took too long to be solved. Despite the staff being super nice, they were not able to present us an option. In such situations, at least a late check out or some other possibilities should be provided by the management. We ended up having no warm shower before leaving.
