A SMALL INDEPENDENT AND AUTONOMOUS STUDIO, BASEMENT WITH 60x50 WINDOWS, 2 WINDOWS - WITH THE NECESSARY AMENITIES:

- Proximity to Lisbon airport (900 meters);
- WiFi Internet;
- Air conditioning;
- + 100 TV channels, with access to streaming platforms;
- Welcome kit at "Check-in" - (Water, tea, coffee/decaffeinated);
- Kitchen kit at check-in - (1 Kitchen Sponge, 1 wash cloth, 2 garbage bags, 20 ML dishwashing detergent bottle);
- Bathroom kit at check-in - (Soap, liquid soap, hair conditioning shampoo, body and hair cream and toilet paper roll) per customer;

Studio

Minutes from the airport, this is a great little place It was clean and very well stocked for the weary traveler. It has all the essentials like coffee, bottled water, and all the cooking necessities. The bed is comfortable with a great supply of linens. The best towels of our entire trip. All the comforts of home. My wife and I highly recommend staying here.

Great place for a short stay near the airport. Not much around but very convenient to go to the airport. The place is small but lots of amenities and is well organized. It is also located in a basement but the AC worked great.

Amazing studio

Amazing studio. Super clean, modern, with all the amenities, and perfect location. It was my first time using Vrbo and I absolutely loved the experience. Totally recommend.

Great Little Place!

Very clean, inviting, comfortable. Small space, but that was just what I needed. Close to airport. However, listing says it's about a 7 minute walk, but it was 23 minutes. Still very close. Excellent communication.

Very close to Lisbon airport but not noisy

Very small studio apartment but pretty well stocked and a good use of space. Some neighbors were noisy, but host has no control over that. I would have liked more glasswear and only one coffee pod was there for 2 people. Several close places to get coffee and pizza. Parking was hard, but not impossible. No airport noise at all.

This unit is really tiny!

We could barely get around in the unit. My side of the bed was against the wall. We had no where to put out luggage. Coffee was only available for 1. This unit should only be for 1 person.

Close to the airport

Communication was very good. Very thorough arrival instructions and someone who met us there was extremely helpful. Carlos provided great tips for convenient food and shopping options. The apartment was clean and inviting. Everything needed for a good stay. It is a small space for a couple with a lot of luggage.

I'd come back again

This is exactly what I needed. Close to the airport, just the right size for me. It's like a little hotel room, at an affordable cost. Carlos is a gracious host. Automated check in would be helpful. Hallway going down to studio often smells heavily of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, a great little space.

Cute place

I booked this unit for a quick stay in Portugal. I walked to the city center, though busses were nearby. I was happy there was a washer/dryer in the unit, that was great. For the short time I was there the unit suited my needs perfectly and I’m glad I found it. Thank you :)

Rough neighborhood

The apartment was clean and nice, but quite small. The apartment building is in disrepair. Having to meet Carlos at a specific time for the keys (3) was a level of stress we didn’t need. I regret choosing this place. But it was close to the airport.

Basement studio

We selected this place because it was nearby the airport, we didn’t know we were going to be sleeping in a basement studio after 8 hrs flight. Its an underground room with 2 very tiny windows you can’t open. As soon as you open the Door of that old building you will go DOWN the stair not UP like a normal Appartment building, we felt trapped inside that tiny room, there is moldy smell inside and cigar smell outside the hallway. Neighbors inside that building very noisy, you can hear them going down and up the stairs and slamming the entrance door since you are sleeping under the street level and can hear everything specially on the weekend.

Everything was neat and clean. We appreciated being able to use the washer/dryer combo right in the apartment. We arrived after midnight in a taxi from the airport, and someone was there waiting for us at the door to the building. We only stayed for one night. FYI: It is a basement apartment with steps down from ground level.

Well-equipped mini studio

This tiny studio was equipped with everything necessary for a stay near Lisbon (e.g. toiletries, dishware, coffee, etc.). Everything inside the room was impeccably clean and looked brand new. A grocery store was about a 10 minute walk away and a bus stop was a short walk from the building. The host was kind and communicative. Something to note is that if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, the neighbor smokes and the hallway approaching the studio smells very strongly. Overall a good stay!

Stupendo Airport Studio 2 small but close to airport

The location was seleced to be close to the airport for an early morning departure, however, the "Airport" location of our carrental was father away than this aportment, LOL! The studio was clean and well supplied, but the space was a little tight for two quests with luggage; it is perfect for one! As others have stated, the neighbouring apartment's resident is a heavy smoker and there is a strong cigarette odor immediatley around the studio door. Fortunately, we met the host, Carlos, outside the entrance when we arrived early and were unsure of the exact location of the apartment. His help was very much appreciated to aid in our checkin.

The wi-fi didn't work and maybe they should leave instructions. Similarly, the coffee machine could have also had instructions as I was scared that it could break as it was non-obvious. So maybe add these instructions
