This recently renovated and centrally located 67m² townhouse offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group.

The area boasts patio doors that open onto a furnished garden, creating a serene retreat where you can comfortably relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second has a cozy double bed. Both rooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and built-in wardrobes for ample storage space.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Take advantage of two designated street parking spaces in the rear area of the property for added convenience during your stay.

The townhouse is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Local amenities are easily accessible, with shops, restaurants, and takeaways just a short walk away. Nearby parks include Wallace Park, Lisburn Castle Gardens, Hillsborough Forest Park, and the Lisburn Tow Path, offering plenty of outdoor activities and relaxation opportunities. The neighbourhood is well-connected by public transport, providing easy access to nearby towns and the city centre.

For recreation, the Lisburn Leisureplex, with its swimming pool, water slides, gym, sports facilities, and football zones, is just around the corner, as is the Lisburn Omniplex, offering a cinema, bowling, laser tag, and restaurants. The Down Royal Racecourse, just a short drive away, hosts thrilling horse racing events throughout the year, including major races such as the prestigious Down Royal Festival of Racing.

The Eikon Centre, also nearby, is one of Northern Ireland’s leading event venues, hosting a wide range of exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and entertainment events. Whether you're attending a concert, a wedding fair, or an industry expo, the Eikon Centre is known for its modern facilities and spacious venue.

The Sprucefield Shopping Centre and Sprucefield Park are just a short drive away, featuring popular stores such as Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencer, Boots, and The Range, with plenty of free parking available. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
