Trevligt men enkelt och slitet

Mycket trevlig entré och lobby. Mysigt att sitta vid poolkanten och äta middag i hotellets restaurang. Helt ok frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skicket på rummen är dock på gränsen till acceptabelt. Skicket är som ett nedgånget motell. Dessutom helt crazy att man måste betala för att låna en handduk när man ska lägga sig på en solstol vid poolen, om man inte vill använda samma och enda duschhandduk man får på rummet.

Pourriez-vous afficher votre enquête de satisfaction en Français pour la France svp ? franchement c’est pénible ! Accueil très sympathique par deux jeunes femmes, mais refus du cuisinier de servir un plat express à 14:30. Pas de bouilloire en chambre. Déco kaki foncé et empreintes de pas aux murs affreuse, moquette idem jamais vu aussi moche. Drôle de style… la.chambre s’en trouve obscurcie. Petit déjeuner correct mais accueil froid et limite désagréable du responsable du petit déjeuner, propreté impeccable, lit confortable. Calme absolu.

Séjour très agréable hôtel moderne ambiance chaleureuse , grand chambre avec un personnel vraiment à l écoute et très gentil et professionnel et agréable petit plus les chiens sont tolérés . Hôtel agréable service du restaurant a bannir

Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est plutôt agréable .. les peintures sont neuves … mais attention la chambre 29 est inondé au sol côté lit ! On ne se rend pas compte avec la moquette ! Du coup mon sac ordi avec tous les supports de formation mouillés . Pour le repas du soir le service une vraie cata , personnel pas sympa , nous avons dû nous lever pour prendre la carte, attendu une demi heure pour la commande , on lui demande de prendre la commande elle ne vient tjrs pas ! Passe et repasse devant nous sans rien faire , on sert levé et on est parti ! Quel dommage pour un hôtel !! Pour le matin , l’opposé personnel très très agréable !

An average stay.

Our stay was comfortable and we had been warned about the redecorations etc. going on. However, staircases were unhoovered and sometimes breakfast produce and equipment had to be asked for. We were not asked if we were happy with everything and staff were not really very interested in the personal side of things. The swimming pool looked uninviting, with coiled pipes in the water.

Personnel antipathique

le personnel notamment en journée est vraiment antipathique et je mesure mes mots. Pour la restauration, installer à 20h au bout de 15 MN j'ai du aller chercher la carte sur le comptoir puis interpeller une dame qui n'arrêtait pas de faire le va et vient sans prendre notre commande, SANS MEME UNE PROPOSITION DE BOISSON, je l'ai sollicité à cet effet en me répondant "j'arrive" mais continuant à nettoyer les autres tables sans se préoccuper de nous car nous étions 2. Au bout de 20 minutes nous sommes partis sans que le personnel qui était au nombre de 3 vienne vers nous. Donc à 20h30 nous sommes allé au Buffalo Grill qui nous ont eu servi tres rapidement.

This was not the quality we expected from a Mercure hotel. It had been downgraded to an Ibis styles which was not what we paid for!!!!! We obviously complained to the manager of the hotel and I give him top marks for his understanding and generosity.
