An exceptional place to stay

This is an exceptional place to stay. The family is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious and excellent quality. The room is well appointed and quiet. We were really well looked after during our visit and we hope to return before too long.

If you're tired and wanting to escape the city, this is the perferct place for you. We had the best sleep, comfortable bed, with no trafic or other noise. The room was very clean, the breakfast spot on.Thw host vwry kind and friendly, knowledgeable about places to vist or not to visit.

Cornwall 4-nights' break

Had a lovely four nights' stay at Tregondale Manor Farm. We were made to feel very welcome by Stephanie and Mervyn. You certainly get away from it all, especially as the road is a cul-de-sac and the farm is the last property. The breakfast was excellent and cooked perfectly, including delicous fresh berries! The age of the property goes back to the Domesday Book and is full of character, a delightful place to stay. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was amazing! Best nights' sleep ever. Tastefully decorated, with a top quality en-suite. Would not hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

Great hospitality at farmhouse b#b

B&B accommodation in a real farmhouse. The hostess provides a homely and top quality service. The rooms are a little small but big on style with sumptuous bedding, gorgeous smelling locally made toiletries (but please don't take these when leaving), and lots of homely comforts in the room. Rooms are very clean and if you need an iron or anything else just ask. The breakfast choice was very generous ranging from fruit and yoghurt, cereal to full English cooked breakfast, all freshly prepared and lovingly presented on the quaintest tableware. Highly recommended and would return if visiting the area again.

Beautiful!

Once navigating the lanes to reach Tregondale you arrive at a working award winning farm. Your stay is in one of the beautifully appointed rooms with amazing bathrooms. There is no traffic noise, no sirens no city or town sounds, it's perfect. You will hear the sounds of a farm however, but the early 'Mooing' and dawn chorus is delightful. Mervyn and Stephanie are wonderful hosts and were very accommodating of me returning in the early hours due to the late finishes of my shows. Even giving me the option for a later lie in and a later Breakfast. Breakfast is cooked fresh with the eggs having be laid that morning. Conversation flows naturally between all the guests and hosts during breakfast as everyone is seated round a single large dining table. Tregondale has a very relaxed and welcoming feel to it and I suspect many guests return time and again. Also in it's favour is the ability to completely disconnect from the outside world as mobile signal, at least on the EE network, is non existent at Tregondale. Heaven. However if you do want a signal you only need to go to the top of the lane, about a mile away. Would I recommend Tregondale to others .... YES. Unless you have a need to be on your phone or other device constantly. But for a few hours each night and morning I'm sure you can be off the grid and cope :-)

Tregondale Manor Farm.

Nice country cottage, down country lane, very quiet. Coming from London, you don't experience this EVER. Very clean room, large en suite bathroom. Lovely breakfast. The Rowe family were very friendly people, and made me feel very welcome in their home.
