The bed was very comfortable and the building centrally located. The room was unclean unfortunately. Hair in the bathroom & rubbish in the bin from a previous guest. Cutlery taken directly from the drawer had foodstuffs attached. No hairdryer, milk for coffee or ironing board

First room - bed was unmade, towels on the ground and a couple of bags of rubbish left in the room. Second room at least the bed was made. Large gap under the door, air con barely worked. Shower was smaller than on a cruise ship.

Even though the unit has been recently been refurbished,it was very basic. There was no hair dryer, microwave, toaster or coffee maker. There were no towel rails in the bathroom. Reception was closed from midday. Entry was negotiated over the phone. It certainly was not worth the money.

I booked this hotel for a friend and her children. The room was dirty. Rubbish just sitting in eye view of under the bed. Unclean area , with some sort of dried up sauce near the microwave. The drain in shower was clogged so was unable to shower without cause water damage. Unfortunately my friend and i wont be booking this hotel again. I would like to request a refund.
